Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, protection, disposal, and related services necessary to remove and replace the existing gutters, downspouts, soffit, and fascia at 1633 Wright Street. The work shall include installing gutter guards and relocating designated downspouts to improve roof drainage and direct water away from the building. The contractor shall field-verify all measurements, quantities, existing conditions, drainage patterns, and proposed downspout locations before submitting a bid.
