Description
Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is being issued to establish a continuing services contract with a minimum five (5) qualified proposers who will provide Engineer Continuing Services Contract for Utility Projects to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this RFQu. The purpose of this RFQu is to provide the City with qualified engineering consultants on an as-needed basis to support the planning, design, permitting, construction administration, inspection, and management of utility and infrastructure projects. The contract allows the City to efficiently deliver Capital Improvement Program projects, respond to emergencies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and obtain specialized technical expertise while reducing procurement time and administrative costs.
