This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote from the 174th Attack Wing, Syracuse, NY, with performance in Rome, NY. This solicitation is to perform preventative maintenance checks on the Mass Notification System at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY, as outlined in the attached PWS. The Eastern Air Defense Sector requires annual preventative maintenance for its Outdoor Mass Notification System to ensure its operational readiness and reliability. The system is critical for base-wide alerts and communication. The period of performance shall consist of one 12 month base year and four 12 month option years. **A site visit will be held Tuesday, 23 SEPT at 10:30am- please send required information to richard.peirson@us.af.mil and briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil** (send site visit attendee Name, Date of Birth, Driver�s License # and State of issue to shayne.stein@us.af.mil and nicholas.amicucci.1@us.af.mil) Site visit attendees will meet in the upper parking lot of the EADS instalation. Award will be made to the lowest price offer that can meet the criteria of the RFQ and PWS that is a small business registered in sam.gov. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561621. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL option years required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes utilizing the SF 1449 attached are due 28 Sept 2026 at 2:00 pm via email to richard.peirson@us.af.mil and briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil.
