In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of a Sports/Recreation and Food Service Facility at Randalls Island Park, Manhattan. The RFP will provide for a term of thirty (30) years. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.. We will meet in front of Icahn Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 10 Central Road, New York, NY 10035, and walk to the site. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M.
