The City of Coachella is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants or consulting firms to provide professional leadership development, team-building, coaching, and related organizational development services. The selected consultant will work with the City Manager’s Office and Human Resources Department to support City leadership and departments through services that may include individual and group coaching, team-building and facilitated sessions, leadership development training, organizational assessments, and strategies to strengthen communication, collaboration, accountability, and effective working relationships. The City is seeking a flexible approach that can be tailored to the needs of City leadership and individual departments.
