Requirement Overview: The 182d Airlift Wing (Peoria, IL) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources and obtain Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) / budgetary pricing for fall protection system services (Base Year + 4 Option Years). Primary Equipment Inventory: Location Description Qty B734 FlexRail Fall Protection Systems (< 100' L) 12 B734 Single Point Anchor Systems 4 B734 Self-Retracting Lifelines (SRLs) 24 B632 KeeLine Cable FP Systems (< 100' L) 8 B632 Single Point Anchor Systems 4 B632 Self-Retracting Lifelines (SRLs) 14 Required Services: � Annual Physical Inspection & Recertification: Inspect and test all listed systems per ANSI/OSHA standards. � Annual Cable Pull Testing & Training: Conduct proof testing in B632/B734 and provide annual user training. � 5-Year Engineering Design Review (EDR): Professional Engineer (PE) stamped drawings, recalculation, and recertification report in Year 5.
