Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bids from qualified firms to establish a Statewide Contract that provides Cheese to the State of California. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be mandatory for all State of California departments. The term of any contract resulting from this solicitation will be for two (2) years. The contract will contain two (2) extension options for one (1) year or portion thereof. If a mutual agreement for a contract extension cannot be met, the contract will expire at the end of the current contract term.
