Description
The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide asphalt and concrete work, and to install rectangular rapid flashing traffic beacons (“RRFBs”) across multiple locations. All work must be completed as soon as possible upon a mutually agreeable schedule.
