Description
The Vermont Department of Public Service is seeking proposals from qualified professionals and firms to conduct and analyze statistically valid and non-scientific community surveys and facilitate stakeholder focus groups in support of Comcast’s petition to renew its Certificate of Public Good (CPG) for providing cable television services in Vermont. The selected contractor(s) will assist the Department in assessing community needs and interests within Comcast’s service territory through survey development and administration, data analysis, focus group facilitation, and the preparation of interim and final reports. Contractors may also be required to provide testimony before the Vermont Public Utility Commission. Please access the full Request for Proposals document for additional information.
