Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, actionable Comprehensive Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use and Governance Policy. The final policy must establish clear governance, operational risk tiers, and employee standards for both Generative AI (e.g., large language models used for administrative workflows and drafting) and Operational AI (e.g., machine learning tools embedded in wastewater treatment processes, infrastructure data analytics, and upcoming plant upgrades).
