This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. Requirement: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to install a comprehensive Access Control System (ACS) and Video Surveillance System (VSS) at select locations for U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) District Southwest on Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA.
