Description
It is the intent of this specification to obtain annual contract for ground fertilization and chemical applications necessary to maintain designated City grounds in a healthy, attractive, and properly maintained condition. The contract shall include all labor, supervision, equipment and materials. Services may include but not limited to fertilization, weed control, pre-and post-emergent herbicide and other horticultural chemical applications authorized by the City.
