Sealed BIDS for the Harris Grove Subdivision project will be received by the Americus-Sumter County Payroll Development Authority & Smith Douglas Homes at the Rees Park Economic Development Center, 409 Elm Avenue, Americus, GA 31709 until 11:30 AM, Local Time on November 17, 2026, and then at said office will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the installation of public utilities and storm drainage, roads, curbs, and related items necessary to support the development of a residential subdivision. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on November 4, 2026. The pre-bid will be held at the Sumter County Development Authority located at Rees Park Economic Development Center, 409 Elm Avenue, Americus, GA 31709. Bid documents can be viewed by appointment only at the Sumter County Development Authority located at Rees Park Economic Development Center, 409 Elm Avenue, Americus, GA 31709 Elm Street.
