The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to provide for the collection, storage, auction and/or disposal of abandoned vehicles, trailers and vessels. Services shall be provided on an as needed basis.
