The University of Texas at Austin ( University ) is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to perform work ( Work ) more specifically described in Section 4.5 (Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ), including (1) A secure cloud-based race registration and event management platform for Longhorn Run and future recreational sports endurance events; (2) Implementation, configuration, training, reporting, participant management, communication, and race-day operational support services; and (3) Ongoing customer success, technical support, platform enhancements, and integration services necessary to support annual race operations and participant growth.
