Amendment Two (2) The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby amended to incorporate FAR 52.219-33, Nonmanufacturer Rule, in full text. The Government is concurrently pursuing a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule for this requirement. As of the date of this amendment, a waiver has not been granted. If a waiver of the Nonmanufacturer Rule is granted prior to award, the Government will amend the solicitation accordingly and notify all offerors of the change. The quotation submission deadline is hereby extended to September 11, 2026. Amendment One (1) - Responses to Questions in accordance to RFQ. DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75H70926BAO-069-RFQ is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Billings Area Server Refresh. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
