DOT District Five is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors for Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Right-of-Way Cost Estimates, Right-of-Way Design Support, and Miscellaneous Valuation Support Services. Qualifications questionnaire and work product sample replies for this project are due no later than September 30, 2026, at 11:00am. Please note, the “End Date/Time” identified near the top of the page is not the bid/response due date. The due date for bids/responses is the date identified in the Timeline of the downloadable ITN document, or as updated by any attached addendums.
