DOT District Five is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors for Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Right-of-Way Cost Estimates, Right-of-Way Design Support, and Miscellaneous Valuation Support Services. Qualifications questionnaire and work product sample replies for this project are due no later than September 30, 2026, at 11:00am. Please note, the “End Date/Time” identified near the top of the page is not the bid/response due date. The due date for bids/responses is the date identified in the Timeline of the downloadable ITN document, or as updated by any attached addendums. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT YOU RECEIVED IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Notice of changes (Addenda), will be posted on the Vendor Information Portal.
