Description
Demolition and installation of process systems and equipment at the City of Hollywood Water Treatment Facility. Major work elements include removal and replacement of lime slaker systems no. 2 and 3, including associated pumps, tanks, piping, valves, electrical, controls, and structural repairs; demolition and replacement of the filter surface wash system; demolition and replacements of the sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) feed system, including new equipment pads, trench grating, electrical, controls, and flow monitoring; and demolition and replacement of sludge pump piping, flushing water line, and reconfiguration of the existing standby sludge pump. All work shall include start-up, testing, and commissioning as required to provide fully operational systems.
