VCU invites prospective Firms to submit a proposal to provide Student Health Insurance Plan. VCU is requesting both fully-insured proposals as well as self-insured proposals for the Student Health Plan. The RFP provides Firms with the relevant operational, performance, application and general requirements that the proposal must fulfill.
