RFI Solicitation: RFI #: SPE605-26-RFI-1019 Date Posted: August 26th. 2026 Date Responses Due: September 8th, 2026 This Source Sought Notice (SS) SPE605-26-RFI-1019 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuel requirements for DLA-Energy. This SS is issued for a requirement for a DLA-Energy customer located in Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CMNI). The expected period of performance is December 1, 2026 � January 30, 2027. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. General information regarding RFIs: In accordance with FAR 15.101(c), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for gathering information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only. DLA Energy will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this RFI. Respondents are advised that DLA Energy is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted under this RFI.
