This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. Request for Quote Number W912HZ26QA048 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with intent to award as a single contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 336411 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1500 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg MS 39180-6199 has a requirement to procure an unmanned aerial system (UAS) to navigate GPS denied environments on marine vessels to conduct inspections. The contractor shall provide one (1) ASIO X Drone Blue Herelink Package including: ASIO FlyStation � Dual screen Solution, Ragner Extender Base Kit, ASIO Battery Pack, ASIO Cage Module, ASIO Pair of Propellers Please see attached Description of Requirements for complete requirement. BASIS FOR AWARD The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible offeror whose quote is responsive to the solicitation and determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the Government. Each quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability, delivery lead time and price. In our evaluation offers with a shorter lead time will be evaluated more favorably. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
