C--OSHA A/E Renovation Design and Phasing Services

This is a pre-solicitation notice ONLY. This is not a request for proposal, quotation, or bid. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) intends to issue a solicitation for a single-award contract for Architect-Engineer (A/E) design and project phasing services for a consolidation/renovation of exterior suites in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. The Government intends to issue a solicitation under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.102 - Architect-Engineer Services, as deviated. Proposed Contract Type: The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Period of Performance: The work must be completed within 12 months from the date of award. Construction Procurement Assistance and Management Services will be optional services, and the performance period will be established when exercised. It will not exceed 12 months. Scope Summary: OSHA has a requirement for A/E design services and project phasing services for a consolidation/renovation of the exterior suites in its Washington, D.C. space. Tasks include, but are not limited to, existing conditions survey and report, A/E design and planning services, producing design documents (e.g. Architectural, Interior Design, Furniture, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety), a phasing plan, and construction procurement documentation (e.g. specifications and cost estimate). There are optional construction procurement assistance and administration services.
