MUSC is requesting quotes to isolate nuclei from 20 frozen samples for preparation of single-nucleus RNA sequencing. For single-nucleus RNA sequencing, we need to sequence 20,000 nuclei per sample at a minimum depth of 50,000 reads per nucleus. This will include services for library preparation for sequencing, capture of single nuclei for sequencing, and delivery of sequencing files in 10x Genomics and FASTQ file formats. The turnaround time should be 5-9 weeks.
