This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Bread Delivery for the North TX Health Care System in Dallas, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposed Period of Performance: 12/01/2026 to 11/30/2027 plus four (4) option years. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote 36C25727Q0073 Bread Delivery by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation.
