*Amendment 0005 was posted on 17 September 2026 with a closing date of 29 September 2026. 1. Quantity: the solicitation Section B and SOW show 15 total units across CLINs 0001-0004 (12 + 1 + 1 + 1), while the SAM notice description states four units. Should offerors price 15 total units as shown in Section B? The offers should price for 15 units as shown in Section B. 2. Delivery: Amendment 0004 moves the quotation closing date to September 29, 2026, while Section F still requires CLIN 0001 delivery on or before September 30, 2026. Will the CLIN 0001 delivery date be revised? Amendment 0005 shows a pushed out date of 31 December 2026. This is just an estimated fill in date until a quote is recieved with a lead time. 3. Manufacturing / QA: Section C requires the Contractor to manufacture to print and have a production QA system compliant with ISO 9001. If a small-business prime uses a qualified ISO 9001 contractmanufacturer to perform the build-to-print fabrication, is the manufacturer�s compliant QA system sufficient, or must the prime contractor itself maintain the ISO 9001 production QA system?
