Description
The intent of this solicitation is to secure competitive bids for services to remove mud, soil, and silt from a concrete lined raw water storage pond. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed. The City of Irving strongly encourages proposers to submit their response to this solicitation electronically. Please call the individual listed in the informal bid document if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
