The Chittenden Solid Waste DISTRICT , (“CSWD”) and Addison County Solid Waste Management District (“ACSWMD”) are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to assist the organization in evaluating its overall employee compensation, benefits and pay structure as compared to the market, perform a job audit and analysis for each position to determine appropriate classification; and update CSWD’s current Rating Manual.
