Description
The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting bids from qualified vendors to inspect, service, and perform preventive maintenance on generating equipment at various City-owned properties as specified. The service agreement will consist of a yearly maintenance agreement for one full service and 6 month later inspection service. This service contract is anticipated to be one year with four annual renewals beginning with the date of contract award. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
