The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government requires the procurement of a Stable Optical Cavity Absolute Reference System, and intends to negotiate a sole-source award for this requirement with Stable Laser Systems, 4946 63rd Street Suite B, Boulder, CO, 80301-3285. Stable Laser Systems is the only known commercial vendor capable of offering a Stable Optical Cavity Absolute Reference System that meets the Government's following essential requirements: Item 1 � Cylinder Cavity Assembly Spacer Specifications: 50 mm outer diameter x 100 mm length, FSR between 1.4-1.6 GHz, Premium grade ULE glass to stabilize a laser to drift less than 0.1 MHz/day Mirror Pair Specifications: ULE glass 1� diameter x 0.25� thick plano/plano, ULE glass 1� diameter x 0.25� thick concave/plano with 50 cm radius of curvature.
