Description
To establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide tree planting labor and subsequent post-planting establishment services for the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). Work will involve the precise planting of approximately 4,900 bare-root tree and shrub seedlings across 25.2 acres at the Lyndhurst Ponds Natural Area Preserve, followed by two consecutive years of competition control and high-clearance row mowing. *All questions must be received via email by 2:00PM,October 23, 2026.
