The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation For Bids (UIFB) is to establish a contract with one (1) qualified bidder to provide full maintenance and repair services for the elevator mechanical equipment and associated electrical and controls located at Virginia State Police (VSP) DIV 4 Wytheville Headquarters located at 1186 East Lee Highway, Wytheville, VA 24382, per the specifications, terms, and conditions listed herein. This solicitation will be awarded on a grand total basis.
