Description

Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks professional engineering services for preliminary design for the construction of a trail along Lake Johanna Boulevard from County Road D to Stowe Avenue (possibly Lake Lane) in the City of Arden Hills. Services will include preparation of geotechnical testing, pavement design, coordination with City of Arden hills for design input, coordination with Rice Creek Watershed District, public engagement, preliminary specifications, preliminary special provisions, and cost estimates for the reconstruction of the roadway including roadway elements, and trail layout.
